Our extensive and up-to-date premises covering an area of 20,000 M2 can be climate-controlled.

This means that the optimum conditions for curing can be attained.

Firstly the hams are carefully hand selected and then cured and slowly matured according to tradicional, time-honoured processes.

The process is painstakingly controlled and each ham is carefully monitored ensuring that a product of uniform quality is obtained.
