Pernils Bufalvent achieved for the second consecutive year 3 stars iTQi

  • Bufalvent has become the world best manufacturer in its category, the first and only Jamon Serrano story that gets the most international awards for quality and taste. “The 3 star Michelin in food quality.”

 

On Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Pernils Bufalvent obtained and consolidated, for the second consecutive year with 3 stars, the highest rating in the “iTQi Superior Taste Award ‘. The only stamp of quality in taste granted by Chefs and Sommeliers with Michelin stars.

The Manresa based company with over 40 years experience as meat experts chacineros teachers (experts in the selection, salting and curing of meat products) received last May 11 in Brussels the recognition that certifies them as the best Jamón Serrano worldwide and makes them pioneers in their field. Until now other types of Hams had itself gotten so coveted awards, but never a Serrano ham. The official prize collection event will take place next June 4, 2015, at a Gala in the beautiful setting of the Concert Noble in Brussels.

The award is not only the recognition of a final product, but a whole piece, under the management of Mª Carmen González, offers all those distributors both internationally and nationally seeking a strategic partner to provide parts serrano ham and whole pallets, pitted and sliced with its our brand distribution.
